The Allikian Letter

This was an evening wedding at our Milk Pail grounds.

Note: Savage Entertainment is the contact company for Premier Events which is why

the letter discusses Savage Entertainment and not Premier Events.

Dear Savage Entertainment [Premier Events],

We really want to thank you for the extraordinary night you put together for our wedding reception.  Honestly, every aspect of the event exceeded our expectations and we would like to point out a few things that stood out to us and left a great impression with our guests:

Your Staff:  Perfect!!  Everyone was very presentable, helpful and courteous.  Unfortunately, I don't remember everyone's names (there were a lot of people there!!), but as a whole your serving staff was outstanding.  There was a female with a blonde ponytail [Shawna] that went above and beyond for my mom when she needed something and really made us feel like everything was in working order and completely under control.  It was almost like they weren't there, yet they kept everything moving, organized and clean.  This group of individuals is an asset to your organization and shows that you take pride in who you hire to represent your company.

The Food:  As you know, my parents were very concerned about the quality of food.  I can truly say that you had us feeling very comfortable about what we were going to be serving our guests, but on the day it was far better than you had even promised us.  Some comments we have gotten from our guests include - "I would order that steak in a restaurant and pay for it, it was that good";  "I have tried to cook [for] my children at home like that since your reception and I can't get it to be as good"; "I've never seen so many desserts in my life.  I couldn't stop eating them!"  This goes on and on.  This was really important to us and we were so pleased with the turn out.

The Entertainment:  Again, we really didn't spend much time with you prior to the wedding and I had very little idea of what to expect.  I hoped for the best and really feel like I got it!  I spent the entire night on the dance floor and so did the rest of the group.  The only thing I would change about this is to have had a bigger dance floor!!  Perfect amount of slow, dance, and traditional songs.  I couldn't have done it better for us myself.  This was truly a highlight for me.

The Facility [Our Milk Pail grounds]:  When we decided to have our reception outdoors I had some major concerns about the cleanliness of the grounds, the bathrooms, the lighting, the weather, the bugs and the overall perception of the outdoor event.  Again, I could not be happier with the turn out.  Granted, the weather had a significant impact as it turned out to be absolutely gorgeous, but everything else was done above bar by your group.  The lighting was absolutely outstanding.  It created an elegant yet well lit ambiance.  I don't know how you did it, but there were no bugs!  The grounds looked wonderful and the bathrooms were well kept and very clean.

We would like to extend our sincerest gratitude and admiration for a few individuals that made this all happen and helped us get trough some of the insanity that comes with planning the perfect night.  Jim really had his hands full with us (my mom and I in particular!) and did such a great job of meeting all of our requests.  I know we weren't easy to deal with, Jim, but we thank you for putting up with us!! I really feel like Jim made it his personal goal to make sure that we had the night we dre3amed of.  This really showed.  Tim made us feel comfortable from the minute we met him.  It was Tim that made my parents feel like everything was going to be great and they didn't have to worry about a thing.  Tim's presentation and attention to detail is superb and didn't go unnoticed.  Theresa was great even though I barely dealt with her at all.  Theresa calmed me down on a few occasions when I felt like I needed a woman's opinion on things.  I know that sounds ridiculous, but it really helped pacify me in the moments that I needed it!!  And finally Barry who reminded me through the entire process to RELAX and rely on the experts as they do this far more than we do, or that I'd ever want to!!  Barry treated me like one of his daughters and each time I spoke to him I knew that I would be taken care of by the group at Savage [Premier].

I know that this is a very lengthy letter, but I cannot say enough good things about the night and those who helped make it so memorable.  Everyone at Savage Entertainment [Premier Events] treated us like we were a high priority and even more importantly like we were old friends that they went above and beyond for.

Please, if you need a recommendation, we are very happy to refer you.  Below is our contact information as well as contact information for my parents'.  Anything we can do to help promote Savage Entertainment [Premier Events] because we will never forget what you did for us.

Thank you, sincerely.
